Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to get your gear trail-ready:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
International Shipping
For our global adventurers:
- You may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Contact your local customs office for import regulations
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our gear like we trust our climbing ropes. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return Policy Basics
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused with original tags and packaging
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Authorization: Our gear specialists will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all tags attached. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Exchange Process
Need a different size tent or climbing harness? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify “EXCHANGE” in your email and include the replacement item details.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Original payment method (credit cards/PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Returns: You’re responsible for return shipping costs. Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees. Refunds exclude original shipping and import taxes.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Avalanche transceivers, shovels, and probes
- Climbing protection equipment (cams, nuts, etc.)
- Opened camp kitchen fuel canisters
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
