This is an extremely lightweight 6000 meter high altitude mountaineering double boot from Scarpa.  Technologies utilized include Primaloft® Insulation, Vibram® Outsole, Carbon Fiber / EVA midsole, CORDURA®,  HDry® Waterproof/Breathable Membrane, Schoeller®, and ACTIVimpact Technology™ shock absorption.  All of this, and these are also Vegan too! These mountaineering boots are popular for cold weather high altitude summits like Denali or early season climbs of Mt Rainier.
