Q: How long will it take to complete and ship an Eos Jacket?
A: Due to the demand, it may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for the Eos to be shipped out.Â
Q: Will you be making more Eos?
A: Yes! We are constantly crafting more Eos Down Jackets in Seattle. We will be releasing more over the next few months.
Q: Why are you doing a limited release?
A: Supply chain woes. Many of our raw materials were significantly delayed the past year.
Q: I wasn’t able to get the color or size that I wanted. What can I do?
A: If the color and size you are looking for is sold out, sign up to be notified! When they are back in stock, we send out emails on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Q: What’s different about this Eos from the previous model?
A:Â We received a lot of feedback over the years, and the most common Eos requests were for a zippered chest pocket and adjustable drawstrings on the hood instead of lycra. So we did just that!
